What do the workshops consist of?
Our workshops last 2 and a half hours .
We begin with a brief introduction to jewelry-making techniques and processes, and then you'll work directly with waxes to design your pieces.
During the workshop you can make up to 2 pieces (depending on the complexity of the design and your pace).
Once finished, we'll take your creations to be cast in sterling silver and finished in our workshop.
You will be able to pick them up finished and shiny between 15 and 20 days later .
You don't need previous experience.
Is previous experience required?
No. The workshops are designed for enjoyment and learning, even if you've never made jewelry before.
Where is the workshop held?
The workshop takes place in our studio, located at 4 Danzas Street (46001 Valencia). It's very close to the Lonja de la Seda.
I can't think of any dates, are you going to publish more?
Yes, we'll be posting new dates as we get organized.
You can wait for us to post a date that fits your availability or purchase a gift card , which will notify you before we announce new dates to reserve your spot with priority.
How does the gift card work?
The gift card can be used in two ways:
- As a gift , to surprise someone with the experience.
- As a reservation , securing your place on future dates.
We notify gift card holders before announcing new calls so they can make a reservation.
If it's a gift, you have two options:
- Pick up a printed card at our physical store after purchase.
- Request a digital version by writing to us at hola@rocio-studio.com with your order number; we'll send you a print-ready file.
I want my piece to be gold, is that possible?
Yes. We can gold plate your piece.
The price varies depending on the type and size of the piece, ranging from €10 to €45 . We will finalize this once the workshop is over.
Can I set gemstones in my pieces?
No. Setting stones requires more complex techniques that are not practiced in this workshop.
Do you offer private workshops?
Yes. If you're interested in organizing a private workshop, please email us at hola@rocio-studio.com and we'll send you all the information.
I don't speak Spanish, can I attend the workshop?
The workshops are taught in Spanish , if you want to do it in English it must be private.
If you don't speak Spanish fluently, we can help you in English with specific questions, but we don't offer the workshop in a full bilingual format, only in private workshops.
What are the cancellation and change policies?
Cancellation and refunds : No refunds will be issued if cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance .
Change of date : only possible if requested more than 24 hours in advance .
We reserve the right to cancel the workshop up to 72 hours beforehand if the minimum number of four participants is not reached. In this case, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling your reservation.
