What materials are the pieces made of?

All pieces are made of 925 sterling silver , 24-karat gold-plated 925 sterling silver , or borosilicate glass . In some cases, we also use gemstones and cultured pearls. You can see the specifications for each piece in the product description box.

Can you make the pieces in 18-karat gold?

If you are interested in any of our pieces but would like it to be in 18k yellow or white gold, please contact us . and we will give you more information.

Are all the pieces handmade?

All pieces are handmade in our Valencia workshop. You won't find two alike :)

How will I receive my jewelry?

Pieces are shipped in plastic-free packaging. Packaging always includes a cotton bag that you can use to store your piece when not in use and a specific cloth to clean it. You'll also receive a certificate for your piece with a unique serial number. And of course, your jewelry :)

How can I know my ring size?

Here 's how to measure your fingers. Please be as precise as possible to avoid errors.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items are processed within a maximum of 48 hours; shipping times depend on the destination country.

Custom pieces take 7 to 15 business days to complete, ensuring that every detail is meticulously taken care of.

You will receive a tracking number once we have shipped your order.

What are the shipping prices?

We ship our orders via GLS, SEUR, UPS, or Correos , depending on the destination country. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping prices are automatically calculated before checkout. Customs fees or duties that may apply to shipments outside the European Union are not included. Customers are responsible for any additional charges.

Can I pick up my order in the physical store?

If you are from Valencia, you can choose the option "pick up my order in store". We are located at Calle Danzas, 4, bajo 3, very close to La Lonja de la Seda. You can check our opening hours on Google Maps.

Can I return an order?

Shopping in a physical store

We don't accept refunds for purchases made in physical stores, but you can exchange your item for another or request a coupon to use whenever you want.

Web purchases

You have 15 days from receiving your order to request an exchange, a refund, or a coupon that you can use later in our online or physical stores.

For us to accept your return, the item must be unused and sent in its original packaging . Conditions may vary depending on the reason for your return.

Size changes

We know that sometimes getting the ring size right isn't easy. That's why we've provided a guide to measuring yourself correctly here .

If you've made a mistake, don't worry: just email us with your desired size and we'll tell you how to proceed. Just keep in mind that you'll be responsible for shipping and return costs . We won't send the new ring until we receive the old one.

Defective or incorrect item

We review every order very carefully, but if you still receive something defective or incorrect, we will take care of everything .

You can return it free of charge, and we'll send you the correct product as soon as possible. We just ask that you use the original packaging. Write to us at hola@rocio-studio.com with the details and some photos, and we'll get back to you with the next steps as soon as possible.
