What materials do you work with?

In our collections we use sterling silver , 24k gold-plated silver (3 microns for rings and 1.5 microns for the rest of the pieces), glass and natural gems .
For custom pieces we also work in 18K yellow and white gold .

Are the pieces handmade?

Yes. We make all our jewelry in our workshop in Valencia , using artisanal processes that take care of every detail.

How will I receive my piece?

All parts are delivered in plastic-free packaging :

  • FSC certified box.
  • Cotton bag.
  • Cleaning cloth.
  • Postcard with care instructions.
When will I receive my piece?

We offer two purchasing options:

  • In-stock pieces : These are pieces already available in our workshop. Once payment is confirmed, we ship them within 24 to 48 business hours , so you receive them quickly.
  • Custom pieces : When we don't have stock, we'll make your piece especially for you. The manufacturing process typically takes between 7 and 15 business days , as we take care of every detail with craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality.
How much does shipping cost?

The cost depends on the destination. We ship domestically and internationally with SEUR, Correos, and UPS.
Approximate delivery times are:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 3-7 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

Shipping and customs fees are automatically calculated before checkout.

Can I make changes or returns?
  • Physical store: We don't accept returns, but you can exchange your item or request a coupon for the same amount to use later.
  • Online: You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange, return, or redeemable coupon. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Size changes: We'll help you manage them, and shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Defective or incorrect parts: We take care of everything at no additional cost.
