SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Area: We ship both nationally and internationally via GLS and Correos, depending on the destination country. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Delivery Times:

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation if the product is in stock. For made-to-order items, the production time is 2 to 15 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

During periods of high demand (sales, collection launches, etc.), delivery times may experience slight delays.

  • Spain (Mainland): €5

  • Balearic Islands: €7.50

  • United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg: €13

  • France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Lithuania: €15

  • Latvia, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, and Finland: €17

  • Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, and Ireland: €19

  • Monaco, Switzerland, and Andorra: €23

  • Canada, Norway, USA, Liechtenstein, South Korea, Australia, and Serbia: €27

  • Japan: €38

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €48

  • Rest of the world: €50

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before completing the payment.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customs duties or import taxes applicable to shipments outside the European Union are not included in the shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts:

If the courier is unable to deliver the package, a second delivery attempt will be made.

If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment (with additional shipping costs) or proceed with a refund.

Delivery Delays: If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time, we will inform you immediately and offer you a new delivery date or the option to cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery Responsibility: Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking the package upon receipt and reporting any issues within a maximum of 48 hours.
