Before measuring the size

Keep these considerations in mind, since fingers are not always the same size:

  • Size may vary from hand to hand ; the dominant hand is usually slightly larger.
  • In summer , with the heat, the fingers tend to be more swollen; in winter they tend to be thinner.
  • At the end of the day, the fingers are usually more dilated than in the morning.
  • The ring should fit snug but comfortable : not so loose that it might fall off, nor so tight that it is uncomfortable or difficult to slide over the knuckle.
How to measure your size

The most reliable method
The most accurate way is to go to a jewelry store. They have the right tools to measure your exact size, and they usually do it free of charge.
If the ring isn't right for you, you can take the ring of the person it's meant for to the jewelry store, and they will tell you the corresponding size.

If you prefer to do it at home

  1. Choose a ring that fits well on the finger you want to wear it on.
  2. Place it on a ruler (as in the reference image).
  3. Accurately measures its inner diameter in millimeters.
  4. Find the appropriate size in the conversion table below.

The more accurate the measurement, the better your chances of getting the right size. A small error can add up to a size difference.
