Alena + Sergio

Alena and Sergio arrived at the workshop unhurried, but with a clear idea: they wanted special wedding bands, designed just for them. When we met them, they were expecting their first daughter, and that life moment ended up becoming part of the process.

The design of the wedding bands originated from Alena's engagement ring, a very prominent piece that Sergio had chosen months earlier. To ensure the wedding band wouldn't compete with it, the proposal was to create an irregular silhouette with a pronounced curve, capable of fitting with the engagement ring and accompanying the diamond's shape.
Sergio's wedding band follows that same curve, so that the three rings relate to each other and fit together like a small puzzle.

During the process, Maya came into the world in May, and her presence was naturally incorporated into the design: a small emerald (the birthstone for that month) was placed in the curve that joins the pieces. In Alena's band it is visible; in Sergio's, it remains on the inside, as an intimate detail that accompanies the pieces every day.
